Training – Should we add another night as Mondays are selling out?

With training becoming ever so popular and selling out Monday evenings, we are considering adding another night for training only.  Please keep in mind we are a part time business only open evenings and weekends.  Therefore, should that be Thursday evening or Sunday afternoon from 1 – 4?  Thanks for your input.
